Welcome to the HelmetNation blog! I came to be the owner of HelmetNation through my love of collecting mini-football helmets. I have also coached football for over 10 years on the small college, high school and youth levels. I love working on the helmets as well because I have often been the equipment manager in addition to my other coaching duties. I think that the football helmet is the ultimate icon in sports! Thus, when I was given the opportunity to become the owner of HelmetNation, I jumped at it. It has been a learning experience to be a small business owner. It has also been some of the most fun I have had. I would like this blog to become a place where pictures and articles about sports and sports helmets can be posted!
